The Village Quire's first official gig!  We were delighted to be invited to St Faith's Church, Dorstone to help raise money for the church funds.

We were delighted that Bryan and Pam Webber, who are big supporters of the Quire, travelled all the way from Swansea for the concert. Bryan brought with him a compact digital recorder, and recorded the entire concert in stereo.

So we’re pleased to present samples, and a few full tracks of these recordings for you to download and hear.  We are very pleased with the quality of the recordings, which capture the ambience and acoustic of the lovely church, and what you hear is what the audience got – with no further doctoring or processing, just the live raw sound of the Village Quire.

The readings are by the talented young actor, Robin Scott Wilson.
